My Weekly Favorite List...

Bringing all of my favorite things this week for you to enjoy. I want to be your resource for real estate and beyond! This week I am giving you the heads up for Iredell County Elections which will take place on March 3rd, 2020. There are several important items on the ballot. In book club, we finished up another suspense novel. If you're thinking "Who has time to read?", you may want to check out Audible. This book had a nice voice reader to go along with the story. I'd like to also introduce you to Kelly O'Donnell, Beauty Counter rep and informer of tons of toxic-free lifestyle info. Finally, the verdict is in for our switch to the Rinnai tankless hot water heater. Check out all the great info below and don't forget to subscribe if you want this great info to be delivered to your inbox weekly!

1.) Iredell County Primary Election Information

While the March 3rd election date is still a month away, there is a great deal to consider. One important item up for vote is the 2020 Bond Referendum. There will be two separate bonds up for vote on the ballot. I urge you to visit  the link below for more information on the importance of this bond and how it will be funded.

2.) Book Club Recommendation

One of the very best parts of working with wonderful clients is becoming friends after the fact. When these lovely ladies agreed to do Book Club with me, I was in for a real treat! Taking turns recommending great books has introduced me to a ton of new favorites; this month was no exception. The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides was as suspenseful as it gets. I will tell you that the ending was completely unexpected, which is something I enjoy!

3.) Switch to Safer with Kelly

I can't tell you how happy that I am to have joined this Facebook group. Kelly O'Donnell is a Beauty Counter representative, but more than that; she is my go to resource for safe products and lifestyle tips. I've learned everything from making toxic free dish detergent to the hidden lies in the beauty industry. There is nothing that I like more than someone who is willing to stand behind a good product but also willing to share her vast knowledge without any obligation to buy. That being said, I do actually love the products as well! Check out Kelly's Facebook group by clicking the link above or simply visit Switch to Safer with Kelly on Facebook. It is a private group, but I know she will be happy to have you!

3.) Endless Hot Water...Hooray

As I shared last week, during our squirrel fiasco, the one good thing was that while we were hunting for squirrels, we located a leak in our nearly 12 year old hot water tank! Yes, 12 years. Do you know what the average life span of your hot water heater should be? 8 years. Needless to say, repair was out of the question and to be honest the threat of 2 fifty gallon tanks looming over our master bedroom was something we were anxious to get rid of. After much discussion and research we opted for the Rinnai tank less hot water heater with the recirculating unit. In order to install without a great deal of cost, we opted for the exterior unit. We had a few setbacks but I can honestly say that I'm so happy now! When I say "endless" hot water, it's simply amazing. Rinnai also has some features for setting the unit with a mobile app to make it super energy efficient as well. Best of all, it was sold and installed by the gas company. They truly had the best price.  Let me know if you have any questions about this home upgrade and the addition to your home value.
